    VerSanG-E 2.0 – Was ergibt sich aus dem „offiziellen“ Entwurf?


    Seit dem 22.4.2020 hat das Bundesministerium der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz (BMJV) den bislang nur

    informell zirkulierten Entwurf eines „Gesetzes zur Sanktionierung von verbandsbezogenen Straftaten“ (Ver-

    SanG-E) als wesentlichen Teil des Gesetzespakets „zur Stärkung der Integrität in der Wirtschaft“ veröffentlicht

    und zum Download bereitgestellt. Nachfolgend werden die Änderungen zwischen dem niemals offiziell

    veröffentlichten, jedoch bereits ausführlich vorgestellten Vorentwurf und dem nun vorliegenden VerSanG-E

    dargestellt. Zunächst werden die für die Compliance-Praxis wesentlichen inhaltlichen Änderungen behandelt

    (I.), sodann die sonstigen Änderungen (II.).
