    Verbandssanktionengesetz: Jetzt ist der Entwurf amtlich


    "Ende April hat das Bundesministerium der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz den Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur Stärkung der Integrität in der Wirtschaft veröffentlicht. Darin enthalten auch das Gesetz zur Sanktionierung von verbandsbezogenen Straftaten (Verbandssanktionengesetz – VerSanG). In diesem Beitrag gibt Jörg Bielefeld einen ersten Überblick zu den Änderungen gegenüber dem bisherigen nicht offiziell veröffentlichten Entwurf des VerSanG vom August 2019."
