    Chinas Auslandsinvestitionsgesetz soll zu einer stärkeren Gleichbehandlung von heimischen und ausländisch-investierten Firmen in der Volksrepublik führen.

     

    „Am 15. März 2019 erließ der nationale Volkskongress der Volksrepublik China das Auslandsinvestitionsgesetz (AIG), das am 1. Januar 2020 in Kraft tritt. Gleichzeitig verlieren die bisherigen Spezialgesetze für ausländisch-chinesische Joint Ventures und 100% ausländisch-investierte Gesellschaften und deren Ausführungsbestimmungen ihre Gültigkeit.“
