On 12 January 2022 the regular meeting of the Tax and Financial Reporting Committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce elected the new management team of the Committee. Anna Lesova, Counsel, lawyer and tax adviser of ADVANT Beiten (Germany), was elected one of the Deputy Chair.
Anna will be responsible for such work streams of the Committee as the application of double tax treaties, including the application of MLI, beneficial ownership to passive income and other issues related to the application of treaties. She will also coordinate the transfer pricing working group.
