Sylvia Jenoh is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt am Main, a member of the Tax practice group and the Real Estate sector. Her area of activity comprises tax and business management advice to companies of various legal forms, sizes and sectors with a focus on the core areas of expertise of real estate and corporate taxation. She advises her national and international clients on all tax matters. In addition to ongoing tax advice, this includes support with payroll and financial accounting issues, the preparation of annual tax returns and annual financial statements as well as assistance with tax audits. In particular, she advises her national and international clients on the tax structuring of property transactions, both share deals and asset deals. In addition, she advises on the review and optimisation of compliance management systems and provides support with the introduction of processes and digitalisation. Sylvia Jenoh studied business administration at the Private University of Applied Sciences Nordhessen, expanded her knowledge with her exams to become a Bachelor Professional of Accounting and Tax Compliance Manager and was appointed as a Tax Consultant in Germany in 2014. She has been a Partner at ADVANT Beiten since December 2017 and is a trainer for our future tax clerks at our Frankfurt am Main office.
