Susanne Rademacher is Partner and head of ADVANT Beiten’s Beijing office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her areas of expertise comprise corporate and labour law, as well as foreign direct investments in China. She particularly advises clients from the automotive, chemical, machinery, renewable energy and hotel/hospitality industries.
Susanne Rademacher studied law at the Universities of Cologne/Germany (First State Examination 1998) and Lausanne/Switzerland and studied Chinese language at the Beijing Foreign Languages University with a scholarship of the European Union and the China Ministry of Commerce. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2002 and is a foreign registered lawyer with the China Ministry of Justice. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten in China since 2002.
