Stefan Bräunig is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Public Sector practice group and of the Legal Managed Services team. His area of activity comprises advice to government agencies, administrative authorities and public sector businesses on civil and company law issues, particularly the drafting, negotiation and implementation of contracts, as well as dispute resolution in and out of court.
As a member of the Legal Managed Services team, Stefan Bräunig assists his clients by designing and implementing IT-supported processes for an efficient management of standard activities and legal challenges that arise on a massive scale. Stefan Bräunig is also substantially involved in developing the law firm's own legal tech solutions.
Stefan Bräunig studied law at Humboldt Universität Berlin. He completed his Master with a focus on international public business law at King's College London, Great Britain. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2015. Since then he has been working with ADVANT Beiten, as a Partner since 2020.
