Stavros Chatzoudis is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Frankfurt office and member of the Banking, Finance & Restructuring practice group. His area of expertise comprises in advising managers and shareholders of national and international companies on all issues relating to corporate crises and insolvency. He also counsels and represents insolvency administrators and creditors. He primarily advises on the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of insolvency avoidance and directors and officers liability claims.
Stavros Chatzoudis studied law at the Philipps University in Marburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 2023 He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2023.
