Sebastian Diehl is Partner in the London office of ADVANT Beiten and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises on cross-border M&A transactions for strategic and financial sponsors as well as on private equity and venture capital transactions.
Sebastian Diehl studied law at the Universities of Mannheim and Cambridge (LL.M.). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2015. Prior to joining ADVANT Beiten in 2025, Sebastian was Senior Legal Counsel (Group M&A and Corporate) at Standard Chartered Bank in London and led the legal coverage on multiple M&A and venture capital transactions, including in Europe, Asia and North America. Prior to Standard Chartered, Sebastian was Associated Partner at the leading German independent law firm Noerr in London and spent nine months on secondment at KKR (2019).
