Peter Meisenbacher is a partner at ADVANT Beiten in Freiburg and Berlin. As a member of the Public Sector practice group and part of the Berlin energy law team, he works in the area of energy law. Peter Meisenbacher advises his clients on all regulatory issues relating to the transformation in the context of the energy transition and supports them in the implementation and legal structuring of energy generation and supply concepts. A particular focus of his practice is advising national and international clients on the planning and implementation of wind and PV projects, which he also assists with M&A transactions in this context.
Peter Meisenbacher studied law at the University of Munich. He completed his second state examination at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and worked for national and international commercial law firms and industrial companies. He was admitted to the bar in 2016. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2024, Peter Meisenbacher worked in energy law for Becker Büttner Held, which specializes in energy and infrastructure law, and subsequently for a law firm in Freiburg that specializes in advising on renewable energies.
