Pascal Franz is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Frankfurt am Main office and member of the tax practice group. His area of expertise comprises corporate and international tax law. He advises national and international companies on all issues of national and international tax, with particular emphasis on tax structuring, tax due diligence and other tax issues in the context of national and cross-border transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and restructurings.
Pascal Franz studied business administrations and economics at the University of Würzburg and was appointed as tax advisor in 2022. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2024.
