Mike Schwichtenberg is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Public Sector practice group and of the Legal Managed Services team. His area of activity in the Public Sector practice group comprises advice to government agencies, administrative authorities and public sector businesses on civil and company law issues, particularly the drafting, negotiation and implementation of contracts, as well as dispute resolution in and out of court.
As a member of the Legal Managed Services team, Mike Schwichtenberg assists his clients by designing and implementing IT-supported processes for an efficient management of standard activities and legal challenges that arise on a massive scale. Mike Schwichtenberg is also substantially involved in developing the law firm's own legal tech solutions.
Mike Schwichtenberg studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2010. Since 2010, he has been working with ADVANT Beiten, as a Partner since 2016.
