Markus P. Linnartz is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Tax Law practice group. His area of activity includes the taxation of partnerships and corporations in national and international tax law, as well as public law and non-profit organisations. One focus of his work is on providing tax law transaction and structuring advice on M&A transactions, in particular on the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets.
Markus P. Linnartz studied law with a focus on tax law at the Universities of Trier, Trento and Norwich (Master of Laws). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2014 and as a tax advisor in 2019. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Mr. Linnartz worked for international accounting firms in Dusseldorf as well as for mid-sized law firms in Zurich and Dusseldorf. In 2022 he joined ADVANT Beiten as Partner.
