Marie von Hammerstein is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten´s Berlin office and a member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her scope of activity includes extrajudicial counseling and judicial representation of companies of all sizes and industries as well as public and church employers and cultural institutions on all legal issues in the areas of individual and collective labor law.
Marie von Hammerstein studied law at the University of Potsdam and the University of Zurich and completed her legal clerkship in Berlin and in Speyer. After her admission to the bar in 2019, Marie von Hammerstein worked for more than four years as an attorney in the field of labor law and commercial agency law at a renowned law firm in Berlin. She joined ADVANT Beiten in 2023.
