Marie Bonn is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Frankfurt office and member of the Public Sector practice group. The focus of her work is on advising public clients as well as domestic and foreign companies on all public procurement and public law issues. This also comprises the representation in review procedures and advising on all legal issues arising in connection with the performance of contract. In particular, she advises on complex awards in the IT sector.
Marie Bonn studied law at the Universities of Mainz, Gießen and Frankfurt am Main. She passed her second state examination in Frankfurt and was admitted to the German Bar in 2024. From 2020 to 2023, she worked for ADVANT Beiten as a research assistant and trainee lawyer in the area of public procurement law. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, she worked for a contracting authority in the field of software procurement. She has been working as a lawyer with ADVANT Beiten since 2024.
