Maria Arakelyan is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Banking, Finance & Restructuring and Corporate/M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises all aspects of stock corporation and capital markets law advisory services for publicly listed companies, as well as general corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and foreign trade law. She advises national and international clients on listings/IPO’s on German stock exchanges, on company sales and in the area of venture capital.
Maria Arakelyan studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2025. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2024.
