Magdalena Schneider is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Public Sector practice group. The focus of her work is on advising public clients as well as domestic and foreign companies on all public procurement and public law issues. This also comprises the representation in review procedures and advising on all legal issues arising in connection with the performance of contract. In particular, she advises on complex awards in the IT and healthcare sectors.
Magdalena Schneider studied law at the University of Bonn and the University of Westminster, London. She passed her second state examination in Dusseldorf and was admitted to the German Bar in 2022. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, she worked for an international commercial law firm. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2023.
