Lisa Werle is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. She advises family-owned companies as well as international corporations on commercial and corporate law. A particular focus of her work lies in the field shareholder disputes. Furthermore, she advises on M&A transactions and in the area of commercial and contract law regarding the trade of goods and services along the entire value chain from procurement and purchasing through manufacturing and production to distribution and sales in a domestic as well as in an international context. Lisa Werle has extensive industry experience in the field of medical technology and life sciences.
Lisa Werle studied law at the Albert Ludwig University Freiburg and the Turku Law School in Turku, Finland, and was admitted to the German bar in 2019. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2022, she worked for a leading German commercial law firm for several years.
