Lara Vogt is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Frankfurt office and member of the Tax Law practice group. Her area of expertise comprises the taxation of corporations and partnerships in national and international tax law, as well as public law and non-profit organisations. She advises national and international companies on tax related matters of M&A transactions und (re)structuring as well as public-law entities on all tax aspects.
Lara Vogt studied law at the Universities of Jena and Mainz and was admitted to the German Bar in 2026. She completed her Second State Examination in the Higher Regional Court district of Koblenz in 2025, including placements at two international major law firms. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2026.
