Kevin Einert is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. In addition to provide ongoing advice on corporate law, he advises national and international clients on M&A-transactions, commercial and contract law, and related disputes. His expertise focuses on contract design and litigation/dispute resolutions.
Kevin Einert studied law at Eberhard Kals University in Tübingen, the University of Oslo (Norway) and Stellenbosch University (South Africa). He completed his second state examination at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart. In 2024, he earned a Master of Laws degree from Stellenbosch University. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2025, Mr Einert worked in the corporate and commercial law department of an industry-leading e-commerce company.
