Juliane Schöttler is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Frankfurt office and member of the practice group Banking, Finance & Restructuring. This area is her main focus where she has specialised, among other things, on the securitisation of loans and other receivables; she is also well experienced in providing advice on and support for loan agreements and its respective collaterals. She cooperates closely with banks, originators, investors and other transaction parties in cases of securitisation of loan receivables. Through the ongoing verification of workout processes for losses as well as the restructuring of securitised loans Juliane Schöttler has gathered particular experience in the law of loan agreements, the realisation of real property lien as well as the compulsory realisation of other loan securities. Moreover, she is also quite familiar with all transaction-related issues within the context of restructuring and compliance matters.
uliane Schöttler studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German Bar in 2000. She has been working for ADVANT Beiten since then and became Partner in 2014.
