Julian Krause is an associate at ADVANT Beiten in Düsseldorf and a member of the tax practice group. His area of practice includes restructuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as advising on foundations, corporate succession and tax law. He advises his national and international clients on balance sheet restructurings as well as on the interfaces to corporate law, tax law and mergers and acquisitions.
Julian Krause studied law at the Universities of Düsseldorf and Osnabrück and was admitted to the bar in 2023. He completed his second state examination in Düsseldorf, including stints at the Ministry of Finance of North Rhine-Westphalia and major international law firms. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, he worked for a large international auditing firm in the field of tax law. He has been with ADVANT Beiten since 2024.
