Jole Inserra is Sustainability and ESG Manager at ADVANT Beiten in Munich. Her work focuses on the areas of sustainability management, ESG measures and ESG regulation.
Jole Inserra studied law at the Università di Pavia. She was admitted to the Bar in Milan in 2005 and obtained her LL.M. Eur. Title in 2010 at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (LMU). After completing further training in the area of Socially Responsible Investment at the University of Zurich (UZH) in 2011, she graduated from Leuphana University Lüneburg in 2023 with an MBA (focus: Sustainability Management). Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2017, Jole Inserra worked as a lawyer in the field of International and European Commercial Law in Milan and as a management consultant in corporate responsibility, sustainability management, corporate governance, compliance, change and crisis management in Munich.
