Irina Rauche is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Public Sector practice group and of the Legal Managed Services team.
She provides legal advice to the public sector and companies particularly in the area of private building law. Her area of activity further comprises advice to government agencies, administrative authorities and public sector businesses on civil and company law issues. Irina Rauche has extensive experience both in contract design and in litigation.
As a member of the Legal Managed Services team, Irina Rauche assists her clients with the efficient management of standard activities and legal challenges that arise on a massive scale. Her focus in this area is on the systematisation and automation of processes and on quality assurance.
Irina Rauche studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2005. Between 2005 and 2007, Irina Rauche worked as a lawyer in Chemnitz and in Potsdam. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2007, as a Partner since 2013.
