Helmut König is Of Counsel at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Tax practice group. His area of activity comprises mainly tax structurings and transformations but also advice on VAT issues, tax procedural law, corporate restructuring and recapitalization. His clients include German and international businesses from the service and manufacturing sectors, private equity, tax-privileged corporations and public-law institutions.
Helmut König studied business economics at the University of Bielefeld (graduation in 1986, Diplom-Kaufmann). He was publicly appointed Tax Advisor in 1991 and Certified Public Accountant* in 1997. Helmut König was partner of Rölfs WP Partner AG (1999-2006) and Mazars Hemmelrath/ Marccus Partners (2007-2010). He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2010.
