Helena Thiel is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's office in Hamburg. She specializes in national and international commercial and distribution law, with a focus on dispute resolution, in particular before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
Helena Thiel studied law at the University of Hamburg. During her studies, she already gained experience in international commercial and arbitration law through her own participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and her ongoing support of subsequent participants. Helena Thiel also completed her legal clerkship in Hamburg, which included assignments at the German Federal Cartel Office in Bonn and in the dispute resolution team of an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf. Helena Thiel was admitted to the bar in 2023 and has worked at ADVANT Beiten since then.
