Helen Schmitt is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Real Estate practice group. Her area of expertise comprises advising national and international clients on construction and real estate law. The focus of her work lies in real estate law. She consults clients on all questions of commercial tenancy law as well as asset management and project development.
Helen Schmitt studied law at the University of Passau. She completed her Second State Exam in Schweinfurt (2025), including a placement at an international business law firm specializing in real estate law. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2025. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2026.
