Hanna Günther is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Hamburg office and member of the Assets, Succession, Foundations practice group. Her area of expertise includes inheritance law, asset succession as well as family law, foundation law and guardianship law. In addition to contract-drafting, Ms Günther has already acquired extensive experience in the forensic field. Furthermore, she has special expertise in the field of digital inheritance.
Hanna Günther studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the University of Virginia, USA. In addition, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the field of inheritance law and corporate succession at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2019 and has been working with ADVANT Beiten since then.
