Haide Spanier is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt and member of the Banking, Finance & Restructuring practice group. She provides legal advice and assistance to national and international lenders vis-à-vis debtors in crisis and insolvency as well as on banking regulatory aspects. Her area of activity also comprises advice on financings. In addition, Haide Spanier is experienced in the legal field of corporate law and provides transaction and restructuring advice, also with particular regard to the real estate sector.
Haide Spanier studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and was admitted to the German Bar in 1999. Since then she has been working with ADVANT Beiten and became Partner in 2006.
