Frank Oprée is Partner and member of the Real Estate practice group. His area of expertise comprises real estate transactions, project developments, as well as commercial real estate law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on the sale of single properties or portfolios of properties as well as sale and leaseback transactions. An important aspect of his area of activity is the negotiation of commercial lease agreements and the drafting of sample lease agreements for institutional lessors. Furthermore, Frank Oprée regularly represents his clients in legal disputes before the Regional Courts and Higher Regional Courts.
Frank Oprée studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German bar in 1994. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2006.
