Elena Morozova is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Moscow office and a member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her core activities include consulting on labour and migration law, as well as legislation on personal data and information technologies. The work experience of Elena Morozova includes reviews of HR documentation, the drafting of employment contracts, internal regulations and policies and consulting on issues relating to employment and dismissal. In addition, staff redundancies and the application of other staff restructuring measures, the imposition of disciplinary sanctions and other forms of financial liability, consulting on occupational health and safety issues, the special assessment of employment conditions, the establishment of workplace quotas and other issues are part of her fields of activity.
Elena graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2017, and completed her Master’s degree in law at the same university in 2019. Elena has been working at ADVANT Beiten since 2019.
