Corporate/M&A - Dispute Resolution - Procurement Law
Dr Thomas Jilg is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises litigation and arbitration, corporate and transformation law and law governing groups as well as mergers and acquisitions. He particularly advises his national and international clients on enforcement and defence of claims, the draft of contracts including general terms of business, corporate law issues of company structures and restructurings as well as the acquisition and sale of companies.
Dr Thomas Jilg studied law at the Universities of Freiburg und Münster, holds a doctor of Laws (Dr. iur. utr.) degree from the University of Heidelberg and was admitted to the German Bar in 1999. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2001 and became Partner in 2006.
