Dr Peggy Müller is a partner at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt and a member of the IP/IT/media practice group. The focus of her practice is on intellectual property. Her area of expertise includes legal advice to companies in the consumer and luxury goods, electronic entertainment, and digitalization sectors. Her experience includes both litigation as well as drafting and negotiating contracts.
Dr Peggy Müller studied law at the Universities of Konstanz and Madrid. She received her doctorate in trademark and competition law under the supervision of Professor Dr. Karl-Heinz Fezer. She passed her second state examination in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the bar in 2003. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2023, Dr Peggy Müller worked for law firms specializing in IP and for Nintendo.
