Corporate Criminal Law & Compliance - Dispute Resolution
Dr. Oliver Ofosu-Ayeh is Associate at ADVANT Beiten in Dusseldorf and member of the Dispute Resolution practice group. His area of expertise comprises White-collar and tax criminal law. He provides corporate defense, represents victims of a white-collar and tax crime, and provides preventive and repressive compliance advice.
Dr. Ofosu-Ayeh studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum and obtained his doctorate on a criminal law dissertation at the University of Cologne. He completed his second state examination in the Higher Regional Court district of Hamm (2021) and was also admitted to the German bar in 2021. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Dr. Ofosu-Ayeh worked for 2 years as an associate at an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf. He is also a member of the judicial examination board Hamm. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2023.
