Dr Nadejda Kysel is partner at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt am Main and a member of the Banking, Finance & Restructuring practice group. Her practice includes advising on financing, in particular real estate finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, work-outs and restructurings.
Dr Nadejda Kysel studied law at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen, where she subsequently obtained her doctorate. She passed her second state examination in Frankfurt am Main in 2004 and was also admitted to the bar in 2004. In 2018, Dr Nadejda Kysel was admitted to the notary's office in the district court of Frankfurt. Until joining ADVANT Beiten in 2024, Dr. Nadejda Kysel worked for various international and national law firms in the field of banking & finance and advised on various financing projects.
