Dr Michael Späthe is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Legal Managed Services team and of the Public Sector practice group. As a member of the Legal Managed Services team, he assists his clients with implementing modern legal tech tools and platforms to increase efficiency and improve quality, specifically for handling mass proceedings.
Dr Michael Späthe further specialises in corporate law, M&A and start-ups / venture capital. He is also an expert in dispute settlements and conducting lawsuits. He advises his national and international clients and the public sector on all corporate law issues and in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies, restructurings, in addition to accompanying companies and corporate bodies in complex corporate law questions and disputes.
Dr Michael Späthe studied law at the Universities of Potsdam (Dr. iur. in 2014), Speyer and East Anglia (LL.M., UK). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2010. Since then he has been working at ADVANT Beiten as a lawyer - first at the Frankfurt Corporate / M&A practice group, and now at the firm's Berlin office. He was appointed Partner in 2016.
