Dr. Magdalena Rindermann-Haugwitz is an associate at ADVANT Beiten in Düsseldorf and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial and contract law as well as mergers and acquisitions. She advises both national and international clients on ongoing corporate law advice and restructurings.
Dr. Rindermann-Haugwitz studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg and the Université de Bourgogne in Dijon. She completed her doctorate at the Julius-Maximilians-University with a thesis on civil procedure. She passed her second state examination in the Higher Regional Court district of Düsseldorf. She was admitted to the bar in 2025 and has worked at ADVANT Beiten ever since.
