Dr Jan Barth is Partner and Head of ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises both national companies and international groups on M&A transactions and corporate law, with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses and shareholder disputes.
Dr Jan Barth studied law at the Albert Ludwig University Freiburg, the University of Fribourg as well as the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2016. Prior to joining ADVANT Beiten in 2022, he has been Partner at a leading independent German law firm.
