Dr Eva Kreibohm is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office. She is a civil law notary with a specific focus on corporate law, venture capital, M&A and real estate transactions. She also advises her national and international clients in particular on the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts as well as on corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
Dr Eva Kreibohm studied law at the universities of Trier, Paris Sorbonne-Panthéon and Berlin and was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2005 and as a notary in 2018.
