Dr Dominik Moser is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Berlin and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of activity includes advising on national and international business transactions, especially in the areas of M&A, private equity, search funds, venture capital and joint ventures with a focus on the IT and tech sectors. His practice also focuses on external business succession, national and international transformation processes and general corporate law. He advises financial sponsors, companies, venture capital funds and family offices.
Dr Dominik Moser studied law at the Universities of Regensburg, Madrid (Carlos III) and at the University of Oxford. He passed his Second State Examination in Hamburg (2010). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2010. Prior to joining ADVANT Beiten in 2025, he worked for more than 14 years as a lawyer in the areas of corporate and finance, including positions with international law firms and a corporate law boutique.
