Dr Cathleen Laitenberger is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Competition practice group. Her area of expertise comprises in particular all aspects of German and European competition law, including investigations, merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance cares.
Dr Cathleen Laitenberger studied law at the University of Passau and the University Tours, France. Before joining ADVANT Beiten she worked for an international law firm in the field of International Commercial & Trade. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2020. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since then.
