Dr Andreas Hipke is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office. He is a member of the Public Sector practice group and of the Legal Managed Services team. His area of activity comprises advice to the public sector and to companies and associations on public law and civil law issues, including contract drafting and dispute resolution. He has a proven track record as litigator. Dr Andreas Hipke advises his clients on building and architects' law as well as on agricultural law, also in the context of renewable energies.
As a member of the Legal Managed Services team, Dr Andreas Hipke assists his clients by using IT-supported processes for an efficient management of standard activities and legal challenges that arise on a massive scale.
Dr Andreas Hipke studied law at the Universities of Munich and Speyer and was admitted to the German Bar in 2000. He has been a licensed agricultural law specialist since 2010. Since 2006, he has been working with ADVANT Beiten, as a Partner since 2010.
