    Expertise

    Daniel Trunk is Senior Associate and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt am Main. His areas of expertise include competition law, intellectual property law and IT law, with a particular focus on digital compliance and consumer protection law. Daniel Trunk advises national and international clients, in particular from the video game and media industry. His practice includes both out-of-court counseling and litigation.

    Daniel Trunk studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. He completed his second state law exam in Giessen. He was admitted to the German bar in 2022 and has been with ADVANT Beiten since then.
