Daniel Trunk is Senior Associate and member of the IP, Digital & Data practice group at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt am Main. His areas of expertise include competition law, intellectual property law and IT law, with a particular focus on e-commerce and platform law. Daniel Trunk advises national and international clients, in particular from the video game and media industry. His practice includes both out-of-court counseling and litigation.
Daniel Trunk studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. He completed his second state law exam in Giessen. He completed his Master of Laws in Information Law at Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg in 2025. He was admitted to the bar in 2022. Daniel Trunk has worked at ADVANT Beiten ever since.
