Danah El-Ismail is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten in Berlin and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her area of expertise includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate law issues as well as investment controls for foreign investments. Her practice focuses on advising national and international clients on transactions and restructurings. She also advises foreign companies on their market entry in Germany.
Danah El-Ismail studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. She passed her second state examination at the Berlin Court of Appeal in 2021 and was admitted to the German Bar Association in 2021. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Danah El-Ismail worked for more than 2 years as a lawyer in the field of Real Estate Law at an international law firm. She joined ADVANT Beiten in 2023.
