Chiara-Lucia Peterhammer is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises advising clients on corporate law, commercial law and M&A-transactions as well as related litigation. She advises national and international companies on issues relating to general contract law and litigation.
Chiara-Lucia Peterhammer studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2022. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2021.
