Carsten Pütger is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises advisory services for medium-sized businesses especially of the real estate industry. He particularly advises his national and international clients on the purchase, management, development and sale of single properties and portfolios (commercial and residential properties), provides advice for construction and plant engineering projects, counsels facility management companies and deals with real estate and corporate notarisations.
Carsten Pütger studied law at the Universities of Gießen and Hannover and was admitted to the German Bar in 1992. Prior to joining ADVANT Beiten in 2002 he worked as corporate counsel at Treuhandanstalt and as a lawyer with a noted German law office. Carsten Pütger has been Partner at ADVANT Beiten since 2005.
