Brigitte Winkels is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten‘s Dusseldorf office and member of the Tax practice group. Her area of expertise comprises advice to small and medium-sized companies and private individuals on all tax matters, in particular the annual tax return, annual financial statements and tax audits. She has been advising a steady base of national and international clients for many years. She also renders tax advice to private individuals, and advises on secondments abroad or from other countries to Germany.
Brigitte Winkels studied business economics at the University of Cologne with a focus on taxation, tax law and auditing. With earning her degree in business studies (Diplom-Kauffrau) in 1994, she became active in the field of tax full-time. She was appointed as Tax Advisor in 2000. During her professional career she worked for medium-sized tax advisors. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2011.
