Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg No. 276 dated May 9, 2020 has partially lifted the existing restrictions with regard to companies operations previously introduced in terms of the high alert regime in St. Petersburg with Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg No. 121 dated March 13, 2020 (hereinafter, the "Decree").
