Berlin, 15 November 2019 - BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Korn Ferry, a leading global consulting firm based in Delaware, USA, as German legal counsel on the acquisition of three leadership development companies of TwentyEighty, Inc. The three companies include the Miller Heiman Group with its German headquarters in Amberg, AchieveForum with a German presence in Kümmersbruck, and Strategy Execution, which has its German office in Frankfurt am Main.
The transaction was led by the US law firm Blank Rome LLP. A BEITEN BURKHARDT team headed by Partners Dr Christian von Wistinghausen (Corporate/M&A) and Uwe Wellmann (Antitrust) advised on all aspects of German law, including cartel filing.
