Frankfurt am Main, 24 May 2019 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Mérieux NutriSciences on the acquisition of all shares of Institut Kirchhoff Berlin GmbH. The parties have agreed to keep the transaction volume confidential.
Mérieux NutriSciences is a service company headquartered in Chicago and a subsidiary of Institut Mérieux. The company has specialised in analytical and consulting services to ensure the safety and quality of products that affect consumers’ health. The firm employs 7000 employees in 22 countries.
The food laboratory Institut Kirchhoff Berlin GmbH carries out studies for the food industry, using high quality chemical, physical, molecular biological and microbiological techniques with sate of the art analytical Equipment.
